Why "I have absolutely no idea", but not "I absolutely have no idea"?

Technically, there is no change to the meaning of the sentence if "absolutely" is placed near the front. The only difference would be that the point of emphasis in the sentence changes. However, people more commonly use "I have absolutely no idea" with "absolutely" in the middle. This is likely why the speaker has expressed herself in this way.
