A "no makeup, makeup gleam" refers to the use of makeup to look like you're not wearing any or that the makeup appears natural! The word "gleam" means that the makeup shines a little bit. Ex: Wow! You have such a nice makeup gleam. How did you blend it so well? Ex: I want my makeup to look like I'm not wearing any, so my skin will look nice. Ex: The light gleamed in her eyes.
