"To be/get punched" is a slang term meaning to be selected or chosen as a member of an elite club or organization. In the video, you'll note that Mark and Eduardo are having a conversation about starting a website that would be similar to a club membership. Hence, Mark says "like getting punched" to compare the experience of his proposed social networking site and elite clubs. Ex: I got punched for the most exclusive club on our campus. Ex: It's almost impossible to be punched for this organization. You have to know the right people.
