In this context, it's an abbreviation of "did". "Would" is used to express uncertainty, so when would is abbreviated into "'d", it usually accompanies "like to". Ex: What'd you like to eat? (would) Ex: What'd you eat? (did) However, "like to" is not accompanied by "would" every time, so I'd recommend you to get the exact meaning through the context.
