How can I use the expression “stop it”?

Great question. "Stop it" is an informal phrase used when someone is doing something so good it's hard to believe. Ex: Stop it! You got 100% on the exam? Amazing! Ex: Stop it! That's your 4th goal of the match. You're on fire.
