Sì, must have beennon è la stessa cosa di should have been. Must have beensignifica giungere a una conclusione o a un giudizio sul passato, e should have beensignifica che ti aspettavi che accadesse qualcosa ma non è successo. Esempio: The food should have been delivered by now, but it isn't. (il cibo dovrebbe essere già stato consegnato, ma non lo è ancora.) Esempio: The food must have been delivered by now at the party. We'll eat when we arrive. (Il cibo dovrebbe essere già stato consegnato al gruppo a quest'ora e dovrebbe essere disponibile quando arriviamo.) Esempio: She must have been scared when the incident happened. (Deve essere stata spaventata quando è accaduto l'incidente.)
