Can I use the word "decisively" instead of "evidently?

No, "evidently" and "decisively" do not have the same meaning. "Evidently" means that something is apparent or plainly seen. So it is similar to "apparently", "seemingly", or "as it turns out". Ex: I bought her some coffee but evidently, she doesn't drink coffee. Ex: He evidently didn't think the joke was very funny.
