Quite as nicesignifica exactly as nicee é usado para compará-lo a algo que é not as nice (não tão bom). Como ela está comparando o exterior e o interior da fruta, the inside doesn't look quite as nice as the outside (of the fruit). (O interior não parece tão bom quanto o exterior).
