"Introduce someone to" is nearly the same as saying "introduce to someone". The difference is which was introduced first, the subject or the object. "Introduce me to" implies that you are showing someone an object directly by bringing them to that object. "Introduce to me" implies that you are showing someone an object by bringing that object to them. So the subject has more of an active role in the sentence when the preposition "to" is at the end of the the subject. However, people often use each of these expressions interchangeably. Ex: He introduced me to jazz music. Ex: She introduced herself to me.
