Does "too" mean "more than enough"? I'm more familiar with the usage of "too" as in "me, too". They don't mean similar thing, right?

Perhaps another word would be "overly" or "excessively." Ex: The game was overly elaborate. Ex: You were too late for the audition. => not early enough Ex: The board game was too boring to play. = The board game was more boring than it should have been.
