Perhaps a couple of other words you could use are "resilient," "empowered," or even "secure" or "good." She's expressing that she feels secure in herself - like she can do anything and that nothing can go wrong! Ex: She's very resilient. It's like she can do anything she sets her mind to. Ex: I've never felt this good before.
