"Perspective" is how something is perceived, whereas "view" means the ability to see something. "Point of view" is a common phrase and is similar to "perspective," as it's how one sees something from their own understanding. "Perspective" also usually takes into account many ways of looking at things and not just one view. Ex: The issue requires a lot more perspective than you're giving it. It's not a simple solution. Ex: If you view the situation differently, that might help you. Ex: From the students' perspective, this project is too difficult. = From the students' point of view, this project is too difficult. Ex: From my point of view, I think you're wrong.
