"Presentable" here is just another way of saying neat, appropriately dressed, or cleaned-up decent enough to be seen in public. A person who is wearing clothing that is dirty, messy, and stained, for example, might be considered to not look "presentable." Ex: My house isn't presentable right now, so I can't invite you over. Ex: She spilled a milkshake on her shirt, so she had to change her clothes to look more presentable.
