Can I say "I'm used to work" instead "I used to work" here?

They actually mean two completely different things! When you use I (or any other pronoun) + am + used to, it means that you are familiar with or comfortable with doing something. Ex: I am used to eating out everyday. Ex: I'm used to working here, so I don't want to leave. Ex: She is used to getting drinks after work. If we simply use "used to," this refers to the past and means that you previously did something (in the past). Ex: I used to work here. Ex: She used to take this train to work.
