What does it mean to “give her that”? Should I use this expression when I’m arguing?

"Give (someone) that" in this context expresses that you think someone has a valid point or reason for doing something. Depending on the argument, you could use it, but it is not a particularly common expression when arguing. Ex: A: I'm the pretty sister. B: I'll give you that. A: Why weren't you at work yesterday? B: I had the flu. A: Okay, I'll give you that.
