Good question! So here she's not talking about actual "babies". Buttercup is saying that Bubbles' stories are "baby" like or "childish" - "babyish" in this context. She's saying that the Mayor doesn't want to listen to her childish stories. I guess since they're all children, it wouldn't make sense to call it "childish". So, what's younger than them is a baby! Ex: Don't call me "cute". I'm not a baby! Ex: That was a childish thing to do. Ex: That's such a baby way to act!
