"Be through love" means that love made it possible for them to do or be something. This isn't a common phrase at all! But one can be something "through" something else. I'd say the tone sounds quite poetic or dramatic with this kind of wording. Ex: Through love, we'll persevere when times get difficult. Ex: I never want to be known only through fame.
