"At last" implies an impatience to get to a final point. Whereas "finally" can be used positively and negatively, depending on the tone. "Finally" can also indicate the end of something or the end part of something. Ex: At last, we have arrived at the hotel! => impatience Ex: We have finally reached the hotel. = And finally, we have reached the hotel. Ex: Finally, we have Jen playing a song on the guitar for us. => end part
