Does the word "Royalty" and "Loyalty" are related somehow? They sound so similar!

Although they rhyme, "loyalty" and "royalty" mean completely different things. The former means the quality of being loyal, faithful, or dedicated, while the latter refers to individuals of royal blood or status (i.e. related to the king or queen of a nation). Ex: Jenny was famous for her loyalty to her friends. Ex: I have a friend who claims to be royalty, but nobody believes her.
