Personally, when I book a long-distance flight that takes more than 6 hours, I spend more time worrying about spending time on the plane than I spend feeling hyped up about the trip. 😂

The first time I came across this term, I had no idea what it meant.🤷
Usually, it's hard to get good sleep on the plane, right?
Then think about taking a flight at night, and arriving at your destination in the morning.
Most of the passengers must have had red eyes when they arrive in the morning because they didn't sleep well during the flight.😂
That’s why a red-eye flight refers to a flight that departs at night and arrives the next morning.
 
I always feel groggy after a red-eye flight 😴
