Buena pregunta. "To have feelings for someone" normalmente hace referencia a sentir algo bueno. Ej: "I have a bad feeling about John. I don't think he's telling the truth." (John me da malas sensaciones. No creo que esté diciendo la verdad.) Ej: "I've started to develop feelings for Zoe." (He empezado a sentir algo por Zoe.) Ej: "Terry has feelings for Martin, but Martin doesn't feel the same way."
