"Fall out" is a phrasal verb that means to have a disagreement or argument with someone. It can also mean something to detach or drop out of something. Ex: I opened the car door, and all my bags fell out. Ex: I had a falling out with Ryan a while ago, and now we're no longer friends. Ex: I hope I don't fall out with my family when I tell them the news.
