What is the difference between "a boulder" with "a rock"?

Generally, the main difference is that a "boulder" is smooth and large enough so that a person can't move it. A "rock" may not be as smooth, and a person can move it! Ex: I like the rocks you've placed around the flower garden. Ex: There's a boulder in the field outside! We should climb on it later.
