Is there any difference between "I've done" and "I'm done"?

The ‘done’ in ‘I’ve done’ is a present progressive form. It means that a job or a task has finished. The finished task comes after ‘do’ because ‘do’ is a transitive verb. Only saying ‘I’ve done’ is not a complete sentence. Ex: I have done my research. Ex: I’ve done talking. ‘Done’ in ‘I’m done’ is an adjective. It can be understood as ‘ I am finished ‘, ‘I have nothing more to do.’ If you want to be specific in what you’ve finished put ‘with’ after ‘done’. Ex: I’m done with this task. Ex: I am done with her. Ex: I’m done with my report, look!
