"Ice" is slang for expensive jewelry, usually diamonds or gold. When someone says that they have "ice on their wrist," it means they are wearing an expensive watch. The lyrics "no ice on my wrist, I'm that nice guy" are supposed to show that the singers are humble, down to earth, and don't wear expensive watches or jewelry. Ex: Dang, look at that dude! He's so icy. => He's wearing a lot of expensive jewelry. Ex: Check out that ice on his wrist! It looks like a Rolex.
